Hi! My name is Norma Thallon. I’m a fitness coach who’s sick of the (majority of the) fitness industry. I’m sick of unrealistic beauty ideals making us think our bodies aren’t good enough. I’m sick of diet culture telling us our bodies are too big (or too small). I’m sick of “bounce back” and “get your body back” messages for new (and not-so-new) mothers. If you’re sick of it too and want a fitness coach who can help you with movements that focus on how they make you feel, rather than look, then you might be in the right place. Welcome to my world!

Am I the coach for you?

I’m a personal trainer who specialises in female fitness. Prenatal. Postnatal. Perimenopause. Menopause. Pelvic floor issues. I’m here for it all! I approach fitness from a weight-neutral perspective. That means I won’t show you what movements are good for fat-loss or calorie-burning, but I will show you what movements are good for joint mobility or strength-building. I’ll show you how to feel better in your body in a way that is safe for the stage of life you are navigating.  

Fitness for every body

I understand that the fitness space can feel a bit toxic and uninviting. The internet is full of misinformation (and vitriol!) and the gym is full of people filming themselves. Add a pregnancy, or a new baby, or perimenopausal rage (or is that just me??) and things can get particularly challenging. I can help you navigate through all that BS and build a movement practice that is sustainable for life. I can help you nurture your fitness.
